Civil engineer, graduated in 1988 at the Faculty of Engineering of Guaratinguetá (FEG-UNESP). He has a master's and doctorate, having obtained the titles at the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism (FAU-USP). In 1990, she joined FATEC-SP, in the Department of Buildings, and teaches the set of subjects in Civil Construction Design (DCC I to IV). In 2009, he joined the Integral Journey Regime (RJI) to dedicate himself to research. Currently, he is responsible for the set of Civil Construction Design disciplines (CCD I to IV), and develops research on the preservation of built heritage and BIM. She also works as an advisor in the Scientific Initiation Program at FATEC-SP, carrying out research together with students.

teacher Me. Cleusa Maria Rossetto

He holds a degree in Technology in Civil Construction - Buildings, from the Faculty of Technology of São Paulo (1976), a degree in Architecture from the Mackenzie Presbyterian University (1981), a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School of USP (1996) and a Professional Master's Degree in Advanced Technologies of Construction by the Instituto de Ciencias de la Contrucción “Eduardo Torroja” - Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Cientificas / Madrid / Spain (1998). She is a Professor at the Faculty of Technology of São Paulo - Fatec-SP, for 37 years, currently in the PES III category, Grade P in the Civil Construction Materials Discipline. For 11 years, he developed activities in the area of Architecture, Engineering and Construction Technology Companies, working mainly on the following topics: Sustainability, Research in the Development and Control of Civil Construction Materials, Construction Pathologies; Quality Management Systems, Quali8ication of Personnel in Concrete Technology and Testing Laboratories. The Professor's performance, in the technical field, has been very dynamic, always looking for innovations in the area of Civil Construction. • Master's: He took two master's degrees whose dissertations were “Contribution to the Quality Assessment of the Brazilian Civil Construction Testing Laboratories”, and “Pathologies of biological origin on concrete”. Graduated in 1977 as a Civil Construction Technologist in the Buildings Modality at FATEC-SP, she worked 14 years in the area of Planning, Budget and Compatibility between projects in the civil area. When he started his academic career in 1990, he brought his professional background to the Civil Construction Planning I and II classes and dedicated himself to his master's degree in Production Engineering at USP, researching Productivity. He developed other researches at FATEC-SP in “Organization of Work in Civil Construction”, Productivity in Buildings”, “Technological Innovations in Civil Construction”, “Certifications for Sustainability in Buildings”, “Aspects of Sustainability in Civil Construction”.

Architect graduated from the Farias Brito Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism, currently the University of Guarulhos, FAU-UNG in 1979. Master's degree from the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of São Paulo, FAU-USP in 2003. Professor at FATEC-SP since 1992, in Civil Construction Design disciplines, DCC I, II, III and IV, starting in 2009, on a Full Day Scheme - RJI, to develop research in the areas of Design, Universal Design and Accessibility.

Graduated from FATEC/SP, in Civil Construction, in the Buildings modality. He completed his Master's degree, focused on Computer Graphics, in Architecture and Urbanism at FAUUSP, where he is in the process of completing his Doctorate in HBIM.

Professor of Higher Education at FATEC/SP, teaches the subjects of Civil Construction Design II APROV and IV MAQ. His projects are focused on CADD, 3D Drawings, Drawing Management. Currently his area of study is focused on HBIM.

teacher Ms. Isaura Maria Varone de Morais Cardoso

Graduated in Civil Construction Technology – Buildings modality, at FATEC/SP, with a Master's degree in Architecture and Urbanism at FAU-USP, in the area of Urban Environmental Technologies. It has been developing research projects since 2007 involving issues on Sustainability in Civil Construction, mainly related to the mitigation of environmental impacts and efficiency in the use of resources. Along the way, he has carried out several training courses, also involving, among them, studies on management for sustainability. He has experience in teaching topics associated with sustainability in the construction of buildings, teaching the optional subject SCE, since 2014, at FATEC/SP. He also has a vast teaching career in teaching the subject DTCV - Technical Drawing of Civil Construction and DESTEC, at FATEC/SP. Knows the application of the 5S tool and can collaborate in implementation projects in teaching environments.

Professor at the Department of Buildings at Fatec/SP (since 1977), he currently teaches classes in the subjects Economics and Finance in Projects I and II and is responsible for the subjects of Economics and Finance in Projects I and II and Civil Construction Planning I and II . He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Escola de Engenharia de Piracicaba (1974) and a master's degree in Production Engineering from Universidade Paulista – UNIP (2002). He has postgraduate courses at the USP Polytechnic School in the areas of Civil Construction and Production Engineering (1983/1984) and at the USP School of Economics and Administration (1983/1984). He was a professor at the Faculty of Engineering at FAAP-Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado in the discipline Economics and Finance in Companies (1979-1991). He worked at the Paula Souza State Center for Technological Education – CEETEPS, as Administration Coordination and in the Financial and Budget Advisory (1991-1995). He worked as a Civil Engineer in private and advisory companies. He developed several studies and research in the area of the discipline. Author of the books Applied and Computerized Financial Calculations, Editora Copidart (2001), Applied Financial Calculations and Economic Evaluation of Investment Projects, Editora Textonovo (2003), Financial Mathematics and Economic Engineering - Principles and Applications, Editora Edgard Blucher, two editions (2013) and 2017).

teacher M. Maria Alice Pius

Professor of the subject Budget in Civil Construction, at the Department of Buildings at FATEC-SP. She holds a degree in civil construction technology in the buildings modality from FATEC-SP and a master's degree in production engineering from POLI-USP.

He joined the institution as a professor in 1988 and in 2008 on a full-time basis at the CPS to dedicate himself to research at the institution. He is currently responsible for the set of Civil Construction and Constructive Practices disciplines.

Teaching Assistant at the Department of Buildings at Fatec São Paulo, in the subjects of Civil Construction and Constructive Practices. Technologist in Construction Control graduated from FATEC TATUAPÉ in 2015. As a freelancer, she worked developing sketches of property adaptations for daycare centers under the agreement of the São Paulo City Hall. Commercial Assistant, with the Manetoni Group, working with steel for civil construction, with cutting and double and quantitative. Held an internship at the IPT (Institute of Technological Research), working on renovation projects and adaptations of some of the laboratories and offices, making budgets and contacting suppliers. 

As a graphic designer, he worked in the elaboration of folders, posters and banners from the latest Fatec-SP Technology Congresses, as well as posters for the Fatec São Paulo entrance exam. Created the page of the Buildings department website and is the current manager of the same.

Architect graduated from FAU-USP in 1981. As a freelancer, he participated in renovation and adaptation projects
buildings for commercial and residential use. Served as a judicial expert in the valuation of real estate
next to the Pinheiros Forum and Taboão da Serra.
As a graphic designer, he worked for several publishing houses, such as Globo, Azul, Nova Cultural, among others.
