Cultural Space - Technology and Art
The Exhibitions of the Technology and Art Cultural Space, for 10 years, was one of the cultural activities associated with the Fatec-SP Technology Congress, which continues to take place annually during the month of October, at the Institution.
The Cultural Space, in this period, maintained a commitment in favor of technological development, seeking the universalization of knowledge complemented with culture and the arts, indispensable in the integral formation of the present generation. With the arts, it is possible to exercise constructive and plural critical thinking, contributing to the formation of each individual. The approach sought to work with the representation of the image and the object as a tool, which, in addition to the aesthetic effect, through different techniques, invite the viewer to dialogue with them, and also open paths to the knowledge of different forms of production. For this, visual artists, renowned in the arts, or even some internal guests of the institution, were invited, who could introduce novelties in terms of materials and forms of presentation. The activities of the Cultural Space were coordinated by Professor Me. and Visual Artist Cleusa Rossetto, from the Department of Buildings.
